One in A Million!!!

Hi Everyone! 

Welcome to our page. We started this blog to document the next chapter in this book called life.

I'm Truly Karae and I'm 17 weeks Pregnant with Triplets ! ! ! With my husband Bryant and my 4 year old son Kanon, that'll make 6.  As much as triplets were a surprise, multiples do run in my family. I'm an identical twin and so is my Grandfather. My husband also has twin great uncles on his side of the family.  SOoo this in a lot of ways was destined to happen.

I knew this pregnancy was different from the start. I was very nauseous and extremely exhausted... more than I ever was with my son's pregnancy. The only thing giving me comfort was knowing I was having twins.  I'm not sure too many people believed me and my husband thought I was having a girl, mostly because that's what he wanted. The difference in pregnancy had me doubting myself physically, and hindered me from doing my normal routine as a wife and a mom to my son.

Not only did the ultra sound confirm my intuition about the twins, but we were having Triplets. Everything ... at that moment... made complete sense.

What's "unusual" the doctor said, was that we conceived, naturally or spontaneously and there is only one placenta. Aside from all of the Risks, we were over joyed.  The egg split three times... we were having identical triplets!!! (You'll see me do a lot of things in threes.)

From what I researched, this was about a 1 in a million chance of happening.  How blessed and lucky are we???
